This is a very simple version suitable even for the most inexperienced baker, and where the texture is obtained without oven because it is based on curds. However, if you want a personal recommendation, use the best type of chocolates you can afford, the difference of using one or the other is important in the final result.
We will continue preparing the dark chocolate layer. To do this we put a ladle with the cream and 100 milliliters of milk to heat, leaving the other 100 aside and in which we will dissolve the curd sachet, making sure that there are no lumps.
Do the same process as the other two times, but with the white chocolate, and finish by pouring the white chocolate layer as the final layer. Leave for a minimum of six hours in the refrigerator so that it sets perfectly and carefully remove from the mold once it is well chilled.
